NEW ITEM AND ITS HUGE!

Ok i was looking at the jam mart funiture and i saw the council day banner, and so I was like oh i will get it I guess it looks like a great idea for my next party... I thought it would be pretty small like the banners usually are but I was wrong! LOOK AT THIS!
